Technical infrastructure requires clear planning.
I support public and private clients in the planning and implementation of technical infrastructure projects – from initial concepts and feasibility studies through planning and modelling across all relevant project phases, including the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation, to project preparation and the management or support of site supervision during invoice verification, review of variation claims and schedule management. My focus lies on projects in the fields of water management, infrastructure and technical installations as well as river engineering and flood protection, particularly involving pipeline networks, technical structures and complex interfaces between planning, modelling and construction.
Through my experience in planning, modelling and project support, I combine technical detail with a systematic view of the overall project. Precise models, clear planning foundations and structured decision processes create the basis for well-founded decisions and efficient project execution.
Clients benefit from my experience in construction works in both urban and rural environments, including works within public roads under live traffic as well as modifications carried out during ongoing operations. I am also familiar with the required permits, official approvals and traffic management permissions as well as the organisational requirements of construction execution.
Permitting, structural design and geotechnics
Within my engineering activities, I also prepare technical documentation for approval procedures and address structural and geotechnical questions related to technical infrastructure. This includes in particular water law permitting documents, structural design of pipeline infrastructure as well as excavation and geotechnical concepts for infrastructure and technical installation projects. All services are provided within the professional scope of engineering activities in the fields of water management, infrastructure and technical installations.
